🚚 Shipping Policy

At Minimoneymart, we do our best to deliver your order quickly and safely. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days across Australia. Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time. Delays: Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

🔄 Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 30 business days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at Minimoneymart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💳 Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and approved.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Minimoneymart@gmail.com. Include photos of the issue, and our team will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Track your Order? –

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page. You can click the link in that email or log in to your Mini Money Mart account and view your order history to track its status in real time. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 24–48 hours after purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer support team for assistance.
